1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BattleSync ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms & Conditions.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if between 13-18 years
• You must be a resident of India or have legal right to access the Platform
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One person can only maintain one account on the Platform

3. User Responsibilities

By using BattleSync, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform
• Maintain the security of your account and notify us of unauthorized access
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of BattleSync and other users
• Keep all personal information current and accurate

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not, and agree not to:

• Use cheating software, scripts, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Engage in account sharing, selling, or trading accounts
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players or staff members
• Use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BattleSync systems
• Post spam, advertisements, or malicious content
• Manipulate rankings, scores, or tournament results
• Engage in real-money trading outside official channels
• Impersonate or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on BattleSync, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of BattleSync or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You retain ownership of any user-generated content you create, but grant BattleSync a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for operational and promotional purposes.

6. Tournament Participation

6.1 Tournament Entry

• Tournament entry fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in tournament rules
• Players must meet all eligibility requirements specified for each tournament
• BattleSync reserves the right to disqualify players for violation of these terms
• Tournament rules and schedules may be updated with notice to participants

6.2 Prize Distribution

• Prize withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with tax regulations
• Players must have a valid bank account or digital payment method on file
• Prizes will be distributed within 7-10 business days after tournament conclusion
• Prize taxation is the responsibility of the player as per Indian law

6.3 Anti-Cheat Policy

BattleSync employs anti-cheat measures to ensure fair play. Players caught cheating will face immediate disqualification and may be permanently banned from the platform. All anti-cheat decisions are final.

7. Wallet & Payment Services

• Wallet funds are intended for tournament participation and prize withdrawal only
• Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts
• BattleSync is not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised wallet credentials
• Refund requests for wallet deposits must be submitted within 30 days

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of BattleSync is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy and consent to our collection and use of your personal information as outlined in that policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BattleSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BattleSync, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Suspension and Termination

BattleSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Modifications to the Platform

BattleSync reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any service, feature, or content.

13. Third-Party Services

BattleSync may include links to third-party services and websites. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and conditions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt resolution through our support team at support@battlesyncgames.com. Disputes not resolved within 30 days may be escalated to binding arbitration or court proceedings in India.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
